Wash and reuse the water bottles for each workout. Walk/run to the gym instead of driving. Swim in the a nearby lake.
I get my exercise by walking or biking nearly everywhere I go. In addition to being a great workout, I’m getting from here to there with no carbon footprint!
I’m always exercising at work because I never sit down! Working at a vet clinic, we’re always running around with the animals. To keep myself hydrated I fill up a glass with water from the fountain. If I do use a bottle, I bring it home to recycle it because we do not have a recycle bin at work.
I bought an elliptical so I don’t have to drive to the gym. I use a water bottle that I refill every day as my workout bottle. Love this water bottle! Would love a new one!
I work out by hiking in a nearby open space preserve. I love seeing it change with the seasons and pick up whatever trash I see to keep it beautiful.
Take advantage of what’s around you. Living in the Northwest that means hiking and biking on the abundant trails. The entire family is setup with Klean Kanteens for our adventures.
My fiance and I love hiking. He proposed to me on top of Old Rag Mt. in VA after a hike up. It was amazing. I know we will probably do the hike every anniversary, so it would be a great addition!
What a beautiful water bottle! I try to be very eco conscious in my workouts- I do not belong to a gym, but take a couple yoga classes a week through my township and local adult education association. I bring my own mat and water each time. Another big part of my workout is geocaching (www.geocaching.com), basically hiking with a purpose. This is something that gets me and my family out enjoying nature while keeping fit. My fiance and I also enjoy biking and playing disc golf. We do not purchase any water and always keep nalgenes filled with our brita filter. We take these on all our outings and daily to work as well.
I’m a second year college student studying in the hills of Berkeley, California. Not having a car allows me to walk or bike everywhere I go, whether it’s going to class, buying groceries, or heading to the gym. I bring my own yoga mat to the gym. I use a Brita filter at home. I’ve only recently learned the dangers of BPA in plastic water bottles, so I’ve sworn them off and would love a safe, stylish, and stainless steel water bottle like this one to take with me where ever I go!
I commute by bike to work everyday as well as bike on the weekends. I would actually give this bottle to my mother who reuses an old plastic water bottle. She would really appreciate a new pretty one.
