I love the honey spoon!
Ooh, these all look so yummy. Thanks for sharing great green products.
Those all look like a lot of waste to me. What ever happened to the reduce in “reduce, reuse, recycle”? Sure, those things are edible – though not necessary foods – but recyclable or not, that’s still a lot of packaging that you *hope* will be disposed of properly. You know what would be eco-friendly? Not having them at all.
All of the packaging shown here are things that can be reused again or recycled. I am in full agreement that it is better to go without favors. However – some people just love having them and find favors to be absolutely necessary and part of their culture. These are alternatives to the more plastic-centric favors that are on the market. My hope is that if you are trying to be eco-friendly for your wedding – you would educate your guests on how to recycle the packaging, reuse the mason jars and cans or just simply go without favors. However – these are much better alternatives than you see on most wedding favor websites.
