I use coffee grinds with coconut oil as a gentle exfoliant and a cellulite reducer. It smells delicious!
I love to use items that I already have in my kitchen! Including apple cider vinegar as a toner, baking soda and honey to exfoliate, and coconut and argan oil to moisturize. I also love to include essential oils like lavender and helichrysum.
