Chicago Green Wedding Event: Committed
Calling all Eco-Beautiful Brides in the Chicago area! Do you have something wonderful planned for this Sunday? No? In that case, how does sustainable and organic food and cake tastings, a Make Your Own Pinwheel Boutonnieres or Pins station and a yummy hot chocolate bar sound? Awesome, right? Well this is just a snippet of the wedding planning bliss that is Committed—an avant-garde green wedding event that’s happening on February 24th.
This event (held at the eco-friendly Greenhouse Loft) is hosted by the Chicago Green Wedding Alliance, a conscious group of wedding vendors who want to help you plan your fairy tale wedding with a green, creative twist. Committed is interactive, innovative and dedicated to couples who are committed to each other and the environment.
The DIY Rumpus Room is reason alone to attend the event—there you’ll have some DIY wedding fun, working with vendors to make your own thank you notes and other wedding crafts that you can duplicate for your wedding day.
