Real Wedding Sneak Peek
Love this escort card tree from our upcoming Real Wedding feature! This bride and groom enlisted the help of family and friends to handcraft so many fun things for their wedding. Even Dad was in on the fun-this was done by the father of the bride as a surprise!

A Fall Style Shoot
Inspired by the fall air and a vintage flair, photographer Erin Leigh sought to help eco brides and grooms visualize a wedding day crafted from recycled and re-purposed materials, many of which can be found in their own homes.
A vegetable garden theme is played out in the floral design and escort cards. All of the details used in the shoot—including the décor, signage, and the bride’s fascinator were all handmade. Even the location was all about the eco! The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano, California, a non-profit, educational center focused on providing the community with practical, environmental solutions for the home.

Fall Inspired Seating
Fall is a season that offers an abundance of décor inspiration, so let’s start with escort and place cards! Using mini pumpkins, leaves or even acorns to show your guests to their seats is a fun way to add a bit of fall fun to a reception. And if you absolutely can’t decide which of these ideas you love more, use one option for the reception, and the other for the rehearsal dinner or send-off brunch.

Take a Seat
We love it when brides and grooms get creative with escort card displays! One of our recently featured couples incorporated trees into their winter-themed display, while this pretty style shoot incorporated veggies into its vintage, eco theme.
Escort cards can serve dual purposes (say seating and favors) and they make great DIY projects too. To display them, you may choose a bit of vintage lace for your display, a repurposed window or fun drinks to welcome your guests to their seats for the next phase of your wedding celebration.
Have fun with it!
