New York Fashion Week: Monique Lhuillier
Few designers do gown glamour like Monique Lhuillier, and as expected with her Fall 2014 Ready to Wear collection, she did it well. The collection hit the runway at last week’s Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, and offered a great blend of playful and sophistication.
Lhuillier described the collection as bold and dramatic, and although the featured gowns were designed for the red carpet, we can envision the looks for the bold bride, too.

Heading to New York Bridal Market 2013
Our Managing Editor and resident style authority, Robin Fisher, will be heading to NYC for Bridal Market in a few days and we can’t wait to see what eco-stylish bridal loveliness she finds there. New York Fashion Week Spotlight: Monique Lhuillier
Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week is well underway, and we’re keeping our eyes on the runways for a glimpse into the collections of our fave American designers. Monique Lhuillier is at the top of that list, and her presentation was just what we expected—gorg! Even though this was a ready-to-wear collection and not traditional bridal, we definitely saw a bit of bridal beauty. A few of the dresses could certainly go from runway to aisle:

Red Carpet Inspiration: Monique Lhuillier at the Cannes Film Festival
A gown from one of our fave designers, Monique Lhuillier, recently made an appearance on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival.
The dress, worn by actress Zhang Yugi, was actually from Lhuillier’s Spring 2013 Resort collection. Full of color and glamour, we could totally see it on the wedding aisle!
