  1. I think wildflowers in recycled brown beer bottles are sweet table centerpieces. And FREE!!!!

  2. Michelle Roberts says:

A mix and match of second hand china from thrift shops and yard sales will make for pretty and fun place settings.

  3. Angela says:

We are having a green reception by having a very small reception of just 7 guests!

  4. Emily Rose says:

Everything we’re using is from thrift shops (vases, dishes, etc)! Then it will be used to decorate our house! All of the ingredients for our food are organic as well! And we’re not giving out favors, let’s face it, they’re just thrown away anyway.

  5. We are reusing a friends linen’s from her wedding 4 years ago.

  6. Sandy says:

I’m planning on making all of the goodies for our dessert table, as well as making candies for our candy buffet which will be served in thrifted apothecary jars that I’ve been collecting!

  7. Rachel says:

Love these cute stands! We’re using 1 page invitations, having our reception & wedding at the same locale to reduce transportation, and utilizing a caterer who sources his food locally as much as possible.

  8. Emily says:

My goal is to save money and the earth so I am going all organic, with the food and decor :) The decor has all been picked from my house, thrift stores, yard sales, etc. And as a venue for the ceremony & reception, well my back yard of course!

  9. Amber W. says:

We’re going green by using real china, napkins, and linens. We’re also packing up any unused food and sending it home with family, so it doesn’t get wasted. :-)

  10. Christina says:

I’m hoping to go as green as possible for my wedding by using my local florist, using seeded paper for my place cards, and soy candles for my centerpieces.
It’s most likely going to be a fight for me to get my eco-chic wedding, with my mom taking over and not paying any mind to price or environmental impact. I’ll fight on!
