Haley + Joe’s Blueberry Wedding
Today’s fun-loving eco-wedding held in Chimacum, Washington is all about love for the earth as much as love gushing from the couple!
The wedding was held on Finn River Farm’s Property, where Haley and Joe have lived and worked on the land. Above you can see the flowers from a nearby farm (Solstice Farm) and fruit that was harvested right from the farm on their wedding day!
The pizza was baked right onsite by Dented Buoy Catering (with their mobile pizza oven - HELLO!) and the salmon was caught nearby by Haley’s stepfather and cooked and prepared by Joe’s Dad!
While all types of fruit and veggies are grown on Finn River Farm - blueberries was a central theme for their wedding.
Their sweet and short ceremony was held right amongst fruits and veggies on the farm. The lining of his vest and her dress were made from each of their mother’s wedding gowns!
Every aspect of the wedding kept their community and the earth in mind. Their blueberry cake was made from the farm’s ripe berries. Haley’s bouquet and table centerpieces were grown on the farm. And the list goes on and on.
Their anniversary is this weekend - so today could not be a better day to recap their wedding day!
Many Blessings to you Haley + Joe!
Thanks to Michele Hart Photography for submitting for this sweet wedding!

I love the idea of using their mother’s wedding gowns for the lining of their wedding attire. The pizza must have been amazing in the mobile oven and there is nothing like a fresh catch of fish for dinner. What a great way to save the environment as well as money for your wedding.
I love the colors (flowers & fruits)
Thanks for your lovely comments guys, I simply adore your photography, it is superb, beautiful colouring and such clarity of image.
