Eco-Style: Bridal Sashes from Chloe and Paige
We were doing a little Etsy crusin’ this weekend, and came across a fun new seller, Chloe and Paige! Based in California, they specialize in “vintage for the modern bride”. Say no more…we love it! The Chloe and Paige collection features bridal sashes, hair pieces and jewelry and many of the pieces are one of a kind. The attention to detail with these hand-crafted items is obvious–we were swooning over the jewels, lace and feathers! These are heirloom-quality accessories for your day—you can wear them beautifully, and pass them on as something borrowed or old to a dear friend or your future Eco-Beautiful bride!

Etsy Love!
Etsy, Etsy, Etsy…oh how we love thee! A must for the Eco-Beautiful bride, is constantly expanding its online marketplace to bring stylish, handcrafted loveliness to wedding celebrations.
If you are already a fan of the Etsy site, like us, you’ve probably dreamed of an opportunity to walk through a space filled with all things Etsy. Well, we heard through the green grapevine that some very lucky folks will have a chance to do just that. This Saturday, Etsy is hosting “To Have & To Hold”, its first weddings event for brides and grooms in NYC! Attendees can meet and greet with some of Etsy’s featured artisans, and be inspired by their amazing creations (like the origami bouquet from NewZLynn pictured above).
We can’t wait to see what Etsy has up their sleeve for this event! Stay tuned, because of course we’ll have to share! In the meantime, check out their Weddings shop for the latest in handmade items.

Here comes the…Flower Girl!
We know that phrase is typically reserved for the bride, but isn’t the flower girl’s entrance anticipated too? As guests, we know once we see that little darlin’ make her way down the aisle, the best is right around the corner!
Spring is made for the flower girl! The flowers headed our way (or peeking up already–yea!) are bright and beautiful, so she fits right in.
If your wedding is all about color, your flower girl will be so cute in one of these eco-pretty dresses!

Etsy Style: Ring Bearer Gifts
Charged with toting the most precious cargo of the day, the littlest gent (aka the ring bearer) has an important job to do! And as if managing the baubles is not enough, he’s cute to boot! This little guy certainly deserves a special gift to thank him for all he’ll do to make your wedding day extra special.
Check out Etsy for cool, unique gifts that your ring bearer will enjoy. Just like the girls, boys wanna have fun too, so a toy is sure to be a hit with the younger ones. Kids love to receive things made especially for them, so also consider a personalized gift of gratitude that he’ll proudly wear and share!

Groom Style: Pocket Squares
Oh the pocket square! We are in love with the resurgence of this fashion trend for the dapper groom. A vintage or handmade pocket square adds a touch of sophistication to a groom’s wedding day look.
If your groom-to-be has a flair for fashion, he’ll love a pocket square in a pattern or print! Or for a more conservative guy, a solid square in an organic silk will keep him stylishly green.
Pocket squares also make great gifts of gratitude for the groomsmen—a suggestion from one of our fave event planning duos, Valley & Co, in the Winter 2012 issue!
